Single Room With Bills Included

This is a lovely, comfortable room in a pretty, centrally located area of Ulverston, in a nice house with a lovely garden.

Right now the house is a do-upper, it has an old kitchen, a new bathroom, but walls need doing

So if you need perfection this isn't the place for you. The room itself is i good condition, and the house is nice though.

If you need somewhere pretty, warm, cheap, central and functional this will work for you.

I have an old dog, so if you have a well-behaved pet that would be fine.

I would like someone friendly and reasonably mature.. No smoking inside.
