There is a communal entrance to the side shared with the excellent and reputable Italian restaurant business on the ground floor.
There is a spacious spiral staircase with handrail to the third floor so may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
The owner of the ground floor restaurant is happy to offer £10 meal deals to any residents who may require them consisting of a choice of main course and one alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. This service is offered by and is payable directly to the restaurant and is not organised by the landlord
