Bills included: gas, water, electricity, WIFI, council tax and weekly clean of all communal areas. The property is located off the main road and is two minutes walk from Bowness town centre. There are 12 rooms in total within the building with 7 rooms sharing the kitchen. The room available is located at the back of the property and comes with its own entrance door. There are three private car parking bays tenants can use on a first come first served basis and ample free side street parking close to the property.

We have a second single room with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities becoming available in Bowness-on-Windermere from December 6th for £475.00 per month, all bills included: gas, water, electricity, WIFI, tv licence, council tax and weekly clean of all communal areas. Private parking isn't available however road side street parking is available close by.

Our minimum lease is 6 months and one month's rent is payable for the deposit. Current landlord and work references are needed on application along with Right to Rent documentation.
