This is a large town house in a residential area decorated to a good standard in the centre of Workington. Plenty of nearby on street parking is available. The house is
furnished with a spacious kitchen area and breakfast bar, communal lounge with leather sofas.

Each bedroom comes with either a double or twin bed wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is also a TV aerial point in each room.

Outside has a yard area which can be used to smoke in, no smoking in the house. (Commercial fire alarm installed)

The property has free high speed fibre optic wifi.

A standard credit checking application must be completed if you wish to apply for a room. Two weeks rent payable in advance.

For couples a dual occupancy surcharge of £10 per week applies.
