Beautiful Double Room in Homely Terraced House

I am looking for a new house mate! :)

The house has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and patio. The Peak District is a 20 minute drive and the house is in walkable distance of supermarkets, shops and amenities.

The room is fully furnished and has recently been decorated with brand new carpet and furnishings. It comes with a bed/mattress/bedding, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirrors and a bedside table and lamp. The room overlooks the garden therefore is very quiet and is bright as it gets the sunlight for most of the day.

I am looking for a friendly housemate who is looking for a house that feels like a home to them too. This is very much a relaxed quiet home (not a party house) therefore would suit someone who is like minded.

About me, I am a 33 year old professional female and I work hybrid both from home and the office. I love yoga, the outdoors, hiking, reading and travelling.

I have a small dog who is very quiet and friendly and he will not go in your room unless you ask him to.

The room is £500 per calendar month (includes all bills & internet) and is available from 25 March 2024.
