The house is located in a small, quiet cul-de-sac in Broadmeadows, Alfreton with quick access to junction 28 of the M1.
The upstairs contains four bedrooms (one of which has an en suite) and a bathroom. The bedrooms are unfurnished, although I do have a new matress and would look to acquire a bed if required. The bedrooms do have fitted wardrobes. The tennant will have two of the bedrooms and the bathroom, as seen in the photos. The two bedrooms are joined, so you walk through one to get to the other. As the bedrooms are unfurnished one of the two could be used as an office, or additional tv/living area.
Downstairs, the house consists of a large shared kitchen, living room and dining space, a garage, utility room and toilet. Outside is a small garden and patio.
There is a parking area around the side of the house which has 6 spaces - these are not allocated to any houses, there is also a parking space in front of the garage and one in front of the house for a small car.
I am seeking lodger aged 25 and over, non-smoker is desirable, employed with no pets. Shared bills negotiable.
I currently live in the house and I am working full time for a business in the local area. Viewings are welcome.
