A lovely, spacious, single furnished (or double) bedroom available for a professional female.

**The room is advertised as a single but there is space to fit a double bed if desired. The furnished room includes a single bed but this can be taken down if needed and replaced with a double bed provided by the tenant.

This room would suit someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate as the room is in my home where I live with my dog who is a Lurcher. She is very friendly and would love to make a new friend!

I currently run two businesses and when I'm not busy I enjoy spending time with my dog, my partner who visits occasionally and also doing meditation, yoga and personal development.

The ideal person to rent this room would be a female, who loves dogs/animals, who respects my home and keeps it clean and tidy, also someone who is quiet and trustworthy.

The location of the property is 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop into Derby. Parking is on the road directly in front of the home.
