The room is fully furnished. The cost of the room includes all utility bills, council tax, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels and a cleaner every week.

The B&B is located on London Road which is close to Rolls-Royce and has excellent local amenities on the street (Tesco and other stores 5 min walk) or it is just a short walk to Alvaston high Street, and has great bus routes nearby (Skylink stops at the front of the B&B).
