The communal lounge also provides plenty of space and has a sofa, coffee table, dining table and a flat screen TV.

The communal kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washer dryer.

The rent includes council tax, gas, water rates and WIFI/broadband. The communal areas of the house are cleaned regularly which is also included in the rent.
