Private and quite this is a nice cosy room in a shared flat which has a built in wardrobe plus desk and a chair, a wall mirror and of course the double bed which is also a futon so could be used potentially for seating as well as a bed.

Besides the main bathroom there is also a separate WC only room which will be for your sole use only - and although it is not actually attached to the room itself it is just a couple of short steps down the hall.

The kitchen has built in units including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and also includes a nice dining area overlooking the hall grounds and a roof terrace garden.

There is a lounge and TV area available, however as the lounge is also attached to the main bedroom of the flat it could not be available for use at all times.

The flat is in Aston Hall, Aston-on-Trent and so is surrounded by beautiful countryside with nice pleasant walks, a bowling green, lake, a post office, a convenience store and also a couple of decent local pubs.

The bedroom door has a Chubb lock on it for extra security, and superfast fibre broadband is also available in the room (wired or wi-fi) + all bills are included in the rent!!
