We have a room available to rent in property in the centre of Belper that provides easy access to the towns train and bus stations if commuting. The room comes with a shared bathroom, kitchen and dining/sitting room access. The property is recently renovated to a high standard and the room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There will be shared responsibility for cleaning of the communal areas and a small contribution for household essentials would be required. The property has a very private quiet garden with a patio and lawn. The price includes all bills. There is no off-road parking at the property, but between 6pm - 8am there is free parking on the road subject to space/availability.
The house is well kept, clean and tidy.
