One lovely very large double furnished room 14ft by 12ft available in a house in a semi rural location in Belper Are you a female professional looking for a room? I do have two dogs so you would have to be dog friendly My dogs and I only live here part time. Another female lodger all ready lives here. We are both working full time but not usual 9-5. My work takes me away from home a lot. We are easy going but also clean and tidy. Very relaxed friendly atmosphere. Wifi and bills are included. The room is furnished at present, but you can bring your own furniture if you prefer. Another dog staying would be considered as long as they are not left on own all day. There are lot of lovely walks from here. I'd like someone who recycles their rubbish please. Bus stops to Belper and Derby just next door. Belper town is a 25 minute walk. and Derby city centre is 15-20 mins by car I have on street parking which is never a problem.
