Hi I have a spare double room to rent for one guest on a Monday to Friday basis (check out Friday am). This is ROOM ONLY no cooking facilities or kitchen is provided. There is a kettle in the room for hot drinks.
I am looking for professional people working away from home. My house is
approximately 2miles from Ashby-de-la-Zouch. Good access to the main routes to Leicester J22 M1 A42 Ashby, Burton on Trent, Nottingham, Derby, and approximately 40 minutes by car to the NEC in Birmingham. There are two local pubs both serving good food and one with a micro brewery.
The room has recently been redecorated and has a new mattress and includes all bedding, WiFi and a kettle. New shower sink and toilet facilities and gated parking for one vehicle.
Rate - £20per night £80 Monday to Friday stays ( check out Friday morning). Minimum 3 night stays.
