Rent covers all utility bills, council tax & water rates, broadband and cleaning of communal areas. All rooms are furnished.

This gas centrally heated 3 bedroomed house is ideally located for access to the M1/A61/A38, Sheffield and Mansfield; is within walking distance of local shops, supermarkets, takeaways, pubs and restaurants, the canal towpath & local countryside walks.
