I am looking for a young professional lodger in my three bedroom house 5 min walk from Buxton train station and the town centre.
The house has been recently refurbished with new carpets and just delivered Cotswold Company furniture so naturally, I would need someone particularly clean and tidy to share my house with. No smokers or pets allowed, sorry.
Rent is £625 pcm, and all bills are included, however I would require a month’s rent as deposit, as well as references. I travel often so at times you would have the house for yourself so I’d like to make sure I have someone mature and trusted as a lodger.
The house would suit a creative, academic, or a STEM professional who needs to commute to Manchester, Sheffield or Derby.
