My home is quiet. The room comes with shared kitchen and bathroom. I have a cat called Mabel and a friendly and very loving dog called Tigger. I stay over at work a couple of nights a week. For a lodger happy to feed and let Tiger out while I'm not available or on holiday the rent will be discounted to £50 a week as standard.
