Ensuite or non ensuite room in Derby

2 rooms, 1 ensuite single and a non ensuite double (shared bathroom with myself). Also available are a sitting room and kitchen. Pardon my picture skill, the pictures aren't great but they look better in reality. Furnished or unfurnished is optional and we can discuss which room works for you and then the rental accordingly.

Don't normally let out any room and so considering a Monday to Friday let for the right professional person. The rental £350-450 / pm can be adjusted and tailored to what you need. Still slowly doing the DIY and will be redecorating these rooms and the ensuite.

Plenty off street parking and location-wise it is about 10 min to J25 off the M1. Also on direct bus routes into Derby and Nottingham city centres. Aldi, Lidl, CoOp, Iceland all within 5-10 walking distance.

Suffer from allergy (bad season now!) therefore no smoking or pets in the house and everything kept very clean and tidy. Never a party house, just a quiet and peaceful house for some good rest and sleep. Looking for responsible, respectful professional.
