Looking for a calm, welcoming place to call home? We have a fully furnished single room available in a lovely 2-bedroom house on the edge of the Peak District. The house currently has one friendly professional female, and we’re looking for another female to join the household.

The available room is a comfortable, fully furnished single.

This is a 2-bed house with a live-out landlord. The other bedroom is already occupied by a professional female housemate, and the landlord may pop by occasionally for gardening or access to the shed.

A bit about you
We’re ideally looking for a friendly female housemate who’ll enjoy a relaxed, respectful home. Animal lovers are very welcome - well-behaved pets can be considered. Keen gardeners are a bonus too 🌱

Location
Situated conveniently between Sheffield and Chesterfield, with the Peak District right on the doorstep. Linacre Reservoir is only a short drive away - perfect for walks and fresh air.
