3 storey townhouse with 4 bedrooms, the whole house was re decorated couple of yrs ago

Close to the town centre about 5-10 mins walk away, Its near B&Q on a housing estate, the house is clean and tidy, close to local amenities shops/ pubs and bus/ train St

Shared rooms:- Bathroom with shower and bath, there is also a toilet and basin on the ground floor.
Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer/ ice maker, kitchen dining table (includes cutlery, condiments, and essentials e. g. bread, milk, coffee tea bags, toilet paper etc).
Living room with electric recliner chairs, 65" smart TV with surround sound also storage (includes iron and ironing board) and landscaped garden with outdoor sofa, BBQ. The shared rooms are cleaned weekly. This house is a non smoking house but you are allowed to smoke top of the back garden.

The bedroom contains a double bed, built in wardrobes and draws, with 40" smart tv Ariel connection, USB socket, Ethernet/ Wi-Fi available. All bills including Netflix and fibre included.
