I'm Charlotte - I live at the property with my 11 year old dog. I love it here, its really beautiful, people are friendly and if you like the outdoors it is perfect.
The house is over 200 years old and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, have 4 storeys and is full of character.
I am looking for 1 lodger who likes dogs, is easy going, and happy to socialise but is not loud late in the evening.
The room is really big, with has a double bed and mattress, and drawers. There is space for a sofa or large desk/more furniture as you prefer. .
The first 3 month tenancy is just to ensure we are compatible living together, this can then be extended for 6 months or 1 year as required.
