Room in quiet house, with considerate housemates

Looking for someone to share a 3-bedroom stone end terrace house with existing lodger (25 yrs) and myself (58 yrs) in Darley Dale, Derbyshire. I am mostly away working for weeks at a time- we both work full-time and prefer a working person - not wfh though. The atmosphere in the house is quiet. We don't play music that can be heard by others in the house (wear earphones instead) and as there is no TV in the lounge there is also no TV spill over sounds.

As I am vegetarian and the person lodging is nearly vegetarian we would really prefer a vegetarian or if you eat meat maybe only occasionally/no meaty fry ups? Also non drinkers or occasional drinkers welcome.

It is peaceful here and we are close to a bus route and nature walks. The house is in great condition having been newly decorated and carpeted throughout and a new kitchen and new bathroom fitted, new washing machine, fridge etc..

The double room is also a reasonable size. The house is located on a quiet dead end street (park at the end of the street) with a small front and back yard. We're looking for a considerate, clean and tidy person to share this lovely house.

Initially for up to 3 months but could be extended. Equally happy to look at shorter stays. Room is fully furnished and house has everything you need. Look forward to hearing from you.
