The house:

Recently finished renovating my house. High spec throughout, e. g. ceiling speakers, FreeSatHD on large TV, Games room with Pub Pool Table (just recovered so plays like new!), Large Garden. Plus the usual dishwasher, washing machine etc.

It's a 3 bedroom semi-detached - a few minutes walk from lots of local amenities (Allenton High-Street). Short taxi-ride (£5) into town + two minutes walk from numerous bus stops. Great garden space for BBQs and general chilling. It's perfect for Rolls Royce and anything south of the city centre.

The house has just had external insulation added and an extra layer of roof insulation so should be toasty warm during the winter months. Also, keeps it cool during summer.

BTW the price includes everything. I want to make life easy. So that includes all bills, council tax and internet.

The room is at the front of the house. It is fully furnished including small double bed and desk. The room has a large cupboard attached to it. It was an airing cupboard - but I have converted this to a wardrobe with plenty of storage. The room also has an LCD TV (with Freesat) in the room, plus access to extensive media collection on the wired network.
