The deposit will be returned once the housemate's contract is no longer in effect (when the housemate has left the house). The contract will be for an initial 4 months, entering into a rolling month contract after the initial term is over.

Housemates will need to provide proof of full time work, and proof of eligibility to rent in the UK.
