I have a double bedroom to rent in a detached property in the Pride Park area of Derby. Will consider a reduced rent for Monday to Friday.

The room has neutral décor and comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, set of drawers, and triple wardrobe.

There is a shared living room and kitchen diner, as well as a utility room with access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and hob. There is a driveway, but when this is full on street parking is available.

This is a professional home, not a party household. Clean, cosy, and warm through the winter months. Wi-Fi is included.

The house is well located for excellent access to Rolls Royce, Bombardier, and all major road networks: A52, M1, A38, A50. East Midlands Airport is a stones throw away, and we have bus routes on the doorstep. Derby train station is within walking distance.

If you like to get out in your spare time, there is a lovely park close to the house, and a number of nice walks. The beautiful Peak District is about an hour away in the car.
