Myself and my wife are looking to rent a double room out in our home. We have a big 4 bedroom detached property (a lot of space for just the two of us) and therefore were looking to utilise this additional space. The room on offer is a room that has never been used in our new build property. The room is furnished with fitted wardrobes, desk and a double bed. We are willing to furnish the room further if required. You will also have your own bathroom which includes bathtub, shower and toilet.

A bit about ourselves, we both work full time, I work as an IT Engineer and my wife works as a behavior mentor in a Secondary School. I have my own office in the Centre of Derby but I mix it up between working in the office or working from home in one of the rooms I have converted into a home office :).

We're a friendly easy going couple in our 30's. We enjoy spending time together, socialising, keeping active/gym etc.

Our home is located Stenson Fields, Derby. It's a beautiful location surrounded by loads of country side, walking paths, canal routes etc.
