Hello, a bit about us. I'm an engineer working at Rolls-Royce, my wife is a vet and has just started working in Liverpool. We have moved out of the house and are now based in Liverpool however I'll still be staying in the house a couple of nights a week as I still need to work in Derby a few times a week.
We have two double rooms that we are looking to rent out.
The house has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has en-suite. 2 of the bedrooms will share a bathroom. Additional downstairs toilet as well. Shared living space and kitchen. Off street parking. Close to Rolls-Royce. Looking for tidy professional. All bills included to keep things simple.
