Both rooms are quite large, fully furnished with WiFi access & Smart TV. Excellent fully renovated shared house with garden in great clean & quiet location close to bus route. You can also walk to Derby city centre in 25-30mins if you prefer. Alvaston park with lake 5mins walk away. Very handy location to commute to East Midlands airport too. All bills & council tax included, as well as internet connection & Smart TV in the room. Only owners (a couple), yourself and one other guest will be living here. Conditions: Non-smoker. No pets. No kids. No parties. No guests. No loud music or TV. Clean & quiet person only. No troublemakers of any kind. Absolutely no drugs or heavy alcohol consumption. Casual drink is fine. You’re welcome to cook your food and fridge space provided. Daily/Weekly/Monthly rates available. Single room: £30 per day, £175 per week or £475 per month. Double room: £35 per day, £195 per week or £525 per month. Accommodation best suits someone with very minimal luggage/possessions for daily/weekly/monthly stays or Mon-Fri every week if you’re commuting home for weekends. Advertised price is for full month occupancy but if you only require Mon to Fri and will be going away for weekends - you’ll get a discount from advertised price. If you’re commuting home for weekends - you can leave your luggage in the room for weekends while you’re away. Inquire for details.
