I the current only tennant, am a professional and out of the house almost all day every day. I start work early and can finish late and stay out some nights.
I’m very friendly and laid back. When I’m home it’s normally food shower and bed and weekends if I’m at home I tend to just chill.
I’m very tidy and extremely considerate.
I do not discriminate in people however the land lady has asked for a professional. We will consider pets and there is a room down stairs that can be used as an office for someone who works from home.
The house is being overhauled this year so lots of new things going in, just please consider that this home holds a lot of sentiment to the land lady and myself so the decor may be seen as a little out dated but not overly,
Always room to park outside and the neighbours are all nice people, shop at the top of the street and a five minute walk in to the city centre :)
