Nice double room for single occupancy in shelton lock. I'm a disabled gay guy and live in a bungalow. I would prefer a working person in full time employment.
I have a choice of a single room or a double. The price advertised is for the double. I also have two dogs. I've not lived here long myself but the house is is good condition throughout. There is off road parking and a nice but small rear garden. The house is well situated with regular bus service into derby, the bus stop being a few minutes walk away.
I tend to live a very quite life these days and would prefer a older working male or female looking for a place to call their home. Someone seeking a longer term let. Having said that I am open to offers.
