Tenancy replacement until September 2026

This room is available for someone to take over my tenancy at The Croft, Derby, which is a private student accommodation. The tenancy is currently active and runs until September 2026, so the person taking over would assume the remainder of the contract from now until then. The flat is shared with two other flatmates, and the room is en suite.

The room available is a Premium En-suite, built in approximate 10sqm space holding good storage and living space in a cluster of 8-9 with all modern facilities attached for easy and comfortable living. It includes fully fitted shared kitchen with a microwave, private bathroom and private bedroom with a 3/4 sized bed, under bed storage, spacious wardrobe and a large study desk-chair. This also includes a gym, common room, TV in the kitchen area, outside area and laundry room as well as in excess of 100mbs wifi and all bills included. The location is central to the city with excellent access to transport making the commute to the University and the city centre easy and very time efficient. All members of staff are very friendly and help each tenant settle into their new residence. With this room, the flatmates are friendly and welcoming and contribute to the clean and friendly environment within the halls.
