Beautiful, big, eclectic house close to Derby City

I am looking for someone to share my beautiful, interesting, creative house with. The house is light and airy and fully furnished with fab finds. It is within walking distance to Derby City and the hospital and is a mix of very contemporary furniture and traditional features. There are 2 sitting rooms, 2 toilets, a lovely sized bathroom, a nice established garden and there are 4 bedrooms in total. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a brilliant big cooker. I am very arty and love decorating the house, I work full time, am very friendly and own a cat. I love the house and enjoy it very much, it would be really nice to share it with someone that would appreciate it too ❤️ Don't just live in an average house, live in a fabulous, beautiful home!
