Buxton lodger

We are looking to rent out the spare rooms in my house in Buxton on a 6-12 Months initial arrangement pending further review.

The room comes part furnished but we are more than happy to move some things around to accommodate bringing your own furniture. The rest of the house (bathroom, kitchen and living room) are shared spaces.

There is on-street parking for anyone wishing to bring a vehicle. The house is a 6 minute walk from the supermarket and a 10 minute walk from the train station connecting you easily to both Manchester and Sheffield.

We work away some of the time (typically 3-4 nights during the week) meaning you would have the house to yourself the majority of the time. You'd see more of us at the weekends.

We also have a cat which we would appreciate any potential house mate spending some time with and feeding on the days we are away from home.
