Lovely double room available in a modern house , located in a very popular area of Simmondly .
Located 15 mins walk from Glossop town centre . 15 mins walk from train station with direct trains to Manchester .
My house is located at the foot of the Peak District with Access to the hills at the back of the house .
The house is fully decorated with a shabby chic theme through out . The front room has two sofas and a large TV and coffee table .
Kitchen has all utilities , oven microwave , washer dryer (no charge)
Downstairs toilet and wash basin . Shower and bath in main bathroom .

The bedroom to rent has double divan bed , Chester draws , wardrobe and two bedside tables units .
Their is a loft for storage .
Front and back garden , back garden has patio with dining seats and a little pond .

I have a cocker spaniel who is mega friendly . So needs to be dog friendly .
I’m really friendly and down to earth , considerate and clean .
Looking for the same qualities for someone to share my home with .
