Flatshare convenient for Manchester, Stockport etc

RENT INCLUSIVE OF BILLS.

Nice 2 bed 1st floor flat with private entrance. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Available room has double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet and laminate floor.

There is a communal garden to the rear and there is generally adequate parking on the road at the front of the flat and a small car park with no specified spots.

The flat is in Hadfield, a 5 min walk to the train station and bus stop and a 25 min train journey to central Manchester.
An easy drive to Stockport and also Sheffield.

I am in full time employment, quite easy going, clean and tidy but not obsessive. I enjoy music, films and games and a few beers with my mates. I would expect a flatmate to be employed, thoughtful with regard to late night noise, clean up after themselves and replace anything he or she breaks.

Rent is inc of gas, electricity, water and council tax. Smoking ok if you don't mind doing it outside. Sorry no pets or DSS.

I would be happy to consider a rent discount for somebody looking for a Monday to Friday share only.

Please note the age range on this ad is 23 to 34. To share a property you need to have some common ground and that is unlikely with a large age difference.
