Bright double in quiet ground floor flat

The flat has been fully renovated since 2023 and is colourful, clean and comfortable smart home. The double room is fully furnished with a super king bed, triple wardrobe and under-bed storage, with space to add a desk if needed - you can paint your room if you're planning to stay a while. There’s secure indoor bike storage, free on-street parking, and shared use of a bathroom and open plan modern kitchen -dining room - living space. There’s also a large communal garden with a picnic bench, which you’re welcome to enjoy or garden in.

I’m a live-in landlord but only stay a few nights a week, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. It’s a relaxed home rather than a party flat — but we can rave elsewhere if you like. I’m looking for a very open-minded, queer-friendly and authentic person. My lifestyle and relationships are unconventional, so this suits someone comfortable with difference. The weirder and kinder you are, the more we’ll get along.

My dog is great vibes, not always great behaviour. The cat is calm and independent.

Single lodger only. Guests welcome, with considerate communication around shared space.
