You can pick and choose beds and furniture to suit. T. V.

The house is clean and comfortable . You would have a fridge and cupboard and use of the kitchen . You can use the comfortable kitchen diner as a tv. ,sitting room ,if you wish. I have my own living room .
Bills will be included.
I’m easy going and friendly and have had several very satisfied people living here- the last one for 10 years. They’ve all enjoyed living here.
We ‘re very near- but not too near - the A50 and theA38. It’s very easy commute to Toyota, Nestle, JCB ,RollsRoyce , Derby and Burton hospitals and Derby University.
