I'm Darren,
a graduate of Nottingham Trent University (2007), self-employed & working full time. My friends have described me as friendly. I'm flexible & would be happy to assist in relation to any particular furnishings or requirements you may have e. g., shelving, work desk ect for this double room to rent at Ilkeston on Archer Street. This property is situated a few minutes walk to bus stops both to Derby (A6007 Heanor Road) & Nottingham (Cotmanhay Road). Local shops, the town centre, a garage, the Nutbrook trail & the Ilkeston hospital are a short walk away & the Ilkeston train station is approximately 15 minutes walk. The house has 4 bedrooms, including a loft room, the furnished double room on the first floor that i intend to rent & 2 smaller rooms on the first floor that i do not currently intend to rent, (an office based room that your welcome to use & a room that is currently used for storage). Situated at the top of the stairs on the first floor is a large bathroom with a corner (air jet) bath & thermostatic shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, towel radiator & storage units. On the ground floor, the front door leads to an entrance hall, open plan furnished living room/dining room & situated near the back door is a medium sized kitchen with pantry, under worktop cabinets & wall mounted cabinets, ceramic 1.5 sink, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas/electric cooker, microwave cooker, kitchen equipment eg Kenwood food mixers ect,. There is a small front garden, a medium-large back garden with patio area, grassed area with plants, flowers, table & chairs, green house, shed & outhouse including food storage/shelving, washing/drying machine & another fridge freezer. Wall mounted televisions are installed both in front room & double room including Netflix, Youtube, internet access ect. Gas central heating throughout. There are 2 friendly pet cats that have a cat-flap, the neighbours are friendly & Archer Street is very quiet day & night.
