Room to rent in 3 bed home

I am looking for a room mate to share my lovely home with.

I am a full time 9-5:30 data centre engineer.
I have a 3 year old dashund (denzo - male)

He is toilet trained by due to my commitment to bodybuilding I have to leave him longer hours on them days which may results in him using an inside matt for his toilet needs.

Bodybuilding for me requires routine and structure, cleaniess and prepartion. I live in that mindset 24/7. I enjoy a clean and tidy home, I will spend time in the morning and evening keeping on top of all house related chores.

I am looking for someone who can appreciate my outlook on life and enjoy my home.

I am a 420 friendly smoker, I will not allow smoking indoors, only vaping indoors.

Your monthly bill will cover everything expect gas and eletric which we will share (depending on usage)

The pics attatched are dated pictures of the house (3 months old) there has been a change in furntiute and layout but majoirty of it the same.

You will occupy the top floor room which has a bay window, raditor and plenty of space.
