Laundry facilities are available in one of the two kitchens, and there is a communal car park to the front of the property.

We offer a complimentary cleaning service to the communal areas of the building (bathroom shower room, kitchens and hallways are cleaned by our cleaner once a fortnight)

Rent includes bills, and is £485 per month (Bills included are gas, electricity, water, council tax and Internet)
