I have a well decorated and furnished double en-suite room to rent in a quiet cul de sac in central Kegworth, perfect for a young professional or student. There is potential to provide a separate study room by arrangement.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The shared lounge/diner offers comfortable and easy space and has a large television and leather sofas. Secure cycle storage and off street parking is available if needed.

Kegworth is perfectly situated to access the M1 and A42, junction 24 of the M1 is less than 1 mile away. Within a couple of minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, there is excellent 24 hour access to Loughborough, Leicester, East Midlands Airport and Derby with Skylink buses running 24/7.

For those students studying at the University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington campus, a free bus service connects the campus, Kegworth, Clifton tram stop and University Park in Nottingham. My house is a 20 minute walk to the Sutton Bonington campus for those that like fresh air and exercise.
