Coming to the rental market in mid March, this lovely room, measuring 4 x5 metres with dual aspect windowsi inmy house in Lea Bridge. I live here with two lodgers.
The room is fully furnished . The room has an en-suite with a double shower, toilet and basin.. There is an ample walk-in wardrobe, eight plug sockets and tv aerial .
The house is in a quiet, beautiful, rural neighbourhood on the edge of the Derbyshire Dales, with lots of walking and cycling opportunities. . It is an easy commute to Chesterfield, Alfreton, Belper, Matlock and surrounding areas. There are buses but not too many so use of a vehicle is recommended to live here. The railway station is 5 minutes drive away with direct hourly trains to Derby and Nottingham. You can share the drive for your vehicle and store a bike safely in the garage if required.
I have two living rooms which you are welcome to share. A brand new kitchen is being fitted at the beginning of March with new hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and combi microwave oven. You will have full access to the garden with washing line, table and chairs/sun lounger. I have a Greyhound/Saluki who is loved by everyone in the house. When permitted my rescue chickens roam freely in the garden. I am happy to consider a pet .
