This is a Monday-Friday/Sunday-Thursday letting (weekend stays to be discussed). Available from the 04.10.2020. Happy to re-negotiate room costs on the number of days the room is required.

Double room with kingsize bed, bedside tables/lamps, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, TV, mirror, computer table/chair. Ensuite has walk in shower, toilet, sink, built in small cupboards. Bed linen and towels provided. Washer/dryer/iron available for own use. Wifi BT Infinity throughout house.
Large kitchen diner to share with family. Meals not included and cooking facilities are available. Plenty of car parking space available.

Due to the current circumstances there is plenty of space for social distancing.

On working farm in quiet country location, with easy access to Derby, Ashbourne, Burton on Trent, Stoke, Nottingham. Recommended eating places The Black Cow, The Three Horseshoes, The Bluebell, The Mundy Arms, The Farmhouse, various restaurants in Derby/Ashbourne. Local shops/Post Office, petrol station located in Mickelover 10 minutes travel.
