I have a large room available in Littleover. The house is spacious, cosy, tidy and, has a garden with a shed.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, and two extensive wardrobes. Plenty of other storage space available too. On street, permit-free parking is also available. You will be very welcome to use all kitchen items and appliances. Living room and dining room makes a great space for relaxing or working from home. The house is conveniently located close to a CO-OP, post office, and other high street shops including a brand-new coffee shop! Great commuter links to the city centre, also ideally located to the Royal Derby Hospital & Rolls Royce.

I'm a young professional who own the house and there is also another housemate who is a professional to share the house with. We are laid-back and easy going. I'm looking for a like-minded professional to live with and share my home. Happy to consider short term lets.
