Lovely home in picturesque Melbourne

Living room

This is a modern townhouse on a quiet street in Melbourne. Very comfortable and warm, with currently only myself, as live-in landlady in the property. I am retired so am at home most of the time. Only full time workers considered.
The room is very comfortable, with plenty of storage space.
The bathroom was installed in 2020.
The kitchen has all the usual equipment, and a pleasant dining area. You would be welcome to use the living room when I am not there..
There is a parking space on the driveway and room for a bike in the shed.
Melbourne is a great place to live, with many shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There are plenty of walking opportunities in the area. Melbourne is well situated for commuting to Derby, Ashby, Coalville and even Nottingham, with easy access to the A50, M1 and M42. Ideally situated for Rolls Royce and East Midlands Airport. There are hourly buses to the airport, Ashby and Derby.
I would prefer to share with a mature woman, but have had several successful shares with men too, so open to persuasion! I am vegetarian but again quite amenable to having an omnivore in the house!
