3rd bedroom is the owners who has his own on suite and might be renting his room out to a family member based on the owners living situation and living away.

The property is a 3 bedroom new build house in Mickleover. It is a well looked after cosy household on a quiet new estate.

Bedroom 2: room is a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, built in wardrobes and a TV with fire-stick connectivity for smart TV compatibility for Netflix, Prime TV etc. (Bedding is provided but if you wish to bring your own duvet, pillow and sheets then feel free to do so),

Use of the main bathroom shared with other renters.

The use of your own cupboards in the kitchen and cooking utensils, pots and pans. Please clean up after yourself and treat it as your own. Wash up dirty pots and pans or simply utilise the dishwasher.

Potential of 3 cars on the drive and 2 on the front road outside the door. No through access so very quiet.

Garden to the rear. with a south westerly facing direction. Great for sitting in the garden in the mid day sun during the summer months!

Situated close to the village, local shops, pubs and bus stop into town.

Please take your shoes off at the front door. and no shoes on the carpets.

normal wear and tear is acceptable but serious damage requiring repair will be taken out of your deposit if required.

Ensure front and back door are locked when out of the house.

Tenant will be picked based on the owners discretion after having an informal chat.

Tenant will be expected to show bank statements/pay slips of the last 3 months or more.

1 month upfront deposit is required prior to moving in and the tenant will be expected to pay upfront for the following month. This will be expected monthly between the 28th to the 1st of each month with no exceptions.

Strictly no smokers, kids or pets.

1 Hypoallergenic puppy in the property. Come home to hugs, kisses and a wagging tale with no mess, no damp smell or allergies to worry about.

Room rates are per person and for single occupancy.

No house parties or large gatherings. The house is intended for the occupiers only.

No disturbing the surrounding neighbourhood.

A bit about myself: I’m very active and into my health and fitness from going to the gym, CrossFit, hiking, cycling you name it.

I’m a very sociable person but I also like my down time like everyone else just reading, watching Netflix.

I work for Rolls-Royce and I’m also a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist.

I’m looking for new tenants as I will be moving to Wales shortly and looking to cover the cost of the house instead of selling.
