The cottage is rural and very private, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. I have lived here for 10 years.
I am a vegetarian and live fairly quietly (though I do have lovely friends who visit occasionally) the market town Belper and village of Duffield are within easy walking/bus distance with all amenities including an Art Deco cinema!
I'm looking for someone who loves animals - I have a cat and house rabbit, so I'd like someone who is happy to feed the pets when necessary and will respect my home and keep it tidy and clean.
As a creative professional working in theatre and film, I am frequently away/keeping odd hours,
I am friendly and sociable but I also like and need my own space.
The room available is small but sweet, possibly suiting a professional weekly commuter.
Easy access to M1 and A6 by car. Lots of buses/train into derby too. Within two minutes of the legendary Hollybush Inn!
The room has a wrought iron daybed and Ikea storage unit, you'd also have full (but not exclusive) use of the study adjoining the room, lounge, study, fully equipped designer kitchen and dining room.
