Comfortable Accomdation

House mates

Our house is separated out into two self contained living spaces . The Accomdation we are renting out has previously been used as an air B and B . It has it's own lounge bedroom and bathroom . We have a separate kitchen upstairs for our sole use but will need to use the washing machine located in your kitchen until we sort getting one put in upstairs . We are looking for someone for 6 months initially but will be willing to consider an extension at the end of that period.
We have two Lakeland terriers who bark at the postman and can generally be a bit noisy . They are though adorable and we enjoy taking them on long walks locally.
We are looking to offer a home to a local person , we may consider a dog but it would need to get on with ours and not be left alone for long period. . You must be willing to keep the place clean and tidy and not smoke in any part of the property or garden . There is parking for one car ,but no room for large vans .
