I am looking for a quiet professional 5-nights a week lodger (Sunday to Thursday nights) who is working away from home. Occasional weekend stayovers can be arranged. Someone who does not need to register this as your home address.
The room is a large double bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite shower room with toilet and small bath, wifi, freesat tv and shared use of the kitchen. There is off road parking in front of the house.
All bills (except telephone) are included. There is a fortnightly cleaning service. The other resident is an easygoing 72 year old retired female.
