Im an IT professional who often works away from home.
The whole house is available for you to use with all bills and internet included in the rent.
I have a preference towards a female tenant as I have a teenage daughter who stays with me every other weekend.
That said, a male using the room from Monday to Friday for business would be considered.
I have a small Westie/poodle cross who does not malt.
