I’m a 28 year old professional and will be a live in landlord, so no need to worry about repairs. I’ll want them done as much as you!

I’d say I’m more pub than club, but at the moment I’m avoiding the pubs too! Avid readers and scuba divers particularly welcome.

I keep bees in the garden of this address, however it’s a very long garden for the area and they are a good distance from the house. If you don’t mind the bees and enjoy gardening, there’s space to grow food or other plants. The garden has several apple and plum trees.

Ideally I’m looking for working professionals of roughly the same age as me. I work in the civil service and have to maintain a police background check. I’d have to give very basic details of the people that live with me to maintain that check. That really rules out anyone with criminal convictions renting although I’m looking for people of good character anyway.
